Limitations = Happy. What does this mean for game design?

This is a good TED talk on happiness. I think it has particular relevance to game design, particularly with regard to the importance of limitations. Essentially, limited experiences are more enjoyable than unlimited ones.

Good find! Wealth redistribution never works in practice, but that aside I agree with him.
